• I've configured my accounts but I still can't see anything

  We need some time after you configure a new account to go over your accounts and import the content. Please allow a few minutes for your content to start appearing.

• I don't use Gmail, can I still add my email account somehow?

  Yes, we support POP3 and IMAP, two majors email protocols. Your provider probably supports one of them, check with them to get the information.

• What is the Tag Cloud?

  Most of the services that you probably use allow you or your friends to tag items like photos or bookmarks. We read that information and put together all of the tags in your accounts in a single place so you can easily use them to sort and filter your items. You can mark any of your tags as favorites so you can access them easily by dragging and dropping them to the bottom bar with the rest of the icons.

• What can I do with my tags?

  If you drag and drop any of your tags from your bottom bar or from the tag cloud to either the horizontal bar below your content or to the left bar, Neyun will create a zone filtering your elements with that tag. You can drag many tags to each area and create vertical or horizontal zones for each tag. Play with it; the possibilities are endless.

• What is the Timeline Icon used for?

  The timeline icon allows you to view your items organized chronologically. It will show you when items were originally created (when a photo was taken, for example) in relation to all other items in all of your accounts. Any tag filters you have applied for the session will also be used in the timeline view. You can shrink or expand the timeline as well as move to a different period in time using the time bar at the bottom of the screen.
